Benevolence/Mercy Ministry

• Runs the Benevolence Bank Account

a) Keeps current records of all the monies in this account

b) Is empowered to make decisions on dispensing monies in this account

c) Writes checks for the purpose of Benevolence as agreed upon by the Church

d) Maintains Confidentiality of church members

• Is a member and is accountable to the Finance Team

• The Benevolence records are subject to church auditing

• May always seek the counsel of the Pastor in case of a difficult decision

• Reports to the Pastor [with a view to financial counseling], any abnormal occurrences of people seeking Mercy/Benevolence help
